We are a physiotherapy clinic with a wealth of experience, knowledge and expertise founded by Lauren Wright in 2018. Lauren Wright is a specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with a special interest in Sports Rehabilitation.

Treating all things hand & wrist related, Lauren Peacock has over 15 years experience treating all types of injuries, fractures, tendon related issues, post surgery and long term term conditions.

Meet the Lauren’s

Lauren Wright

Qualified from Brunel University in 2009. Since then, she has had experience working in the NHS (Southend University Hospital), expert Musculo-Skeletal Clinics (Pure Sports Medicine) and Professional Sport (England Basketball and Essex Cricket) before founding LWP Physiotherapy and Pilates in 2018.

Since qualifying Lauren has expanded her Physiotherapy knowledge with additional qualifications in Acupuncture and APPI Pilates.

Being a keen athlete herself and working in the field of sport she understands the frustrations that injury can have, whether that be stopping you from walking to the end of the road; or stopping you playing in your next international fixture. Her special interests are in sports rehabilitation working with athletes from a wide variety of sports eg county cricket, national basketball, weightlifters, MMA fighters, footballers, cyclists, netballers, swimmers, dancers and may more.

Lauren Peacock

Qualified from the University of Brighton in 2004. After spending 10 years in the NHS she now works in private practice at Pure Sports Medicine as the Head of Hand Therapy and specialises in all hand and wrist conditions.

Lauren works with London’s most renowned hand surgeons and sports doctors and is highly experienced in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of all hand and wrist conditions. She also works with The London Irish Rugby Club and GB athletes, treating and splinting post injury.

She is skilled in the fabrication of thermoplastic splints, designs individualised rehab programs and aids in pre and post-operative rehab. She has a passion for hand therapy and injury problem solving. Lauren’s aim is to help you to achieve your goals and return you to full hand function.
