Physiotherapist-led-Pilates
What is Physio led Pilates
A low impact exercise which strengthens the body and improves flexibility. It trains the body to maintain better movement patterns to enhance your everyday life. Physio led pilates is run by specially trained physio’s, making sure you are exercising safely and effectively for your individual needs.
Why choose LWP Pilates
All of our instructors are qualified physiotherapists and we are the only team to offer Pilates supported by 2 physio’s in every class. This means that we can teach and correct technique throughout the session and ensure that everyone is working to their appropriate level.
