HOW IT WORKS:-

Once you have booked your spot following the button above this is what you can expect:-

1. Initial Consultation Before the course begins, you’ll complete a short consultation so we can understand your goals, any injuries, and your experience level. This helps us tailor the course to you.

2. Weekly In‑Studio Classes You’ll attend one face‑to‑face class each Friday at 10:30am at Leonard Dance Academy in Rayleigh. These sessions focus on technique, breath work, alignment, and building strength gradually. With two instructors in the room, you’ll always have hands‑on support and individual attention. this will run from June 19th-July 10th.

3. At‑Home Support Between Sessions To help you build consistency, each week you’ll receive: • A guided video class to practise at home and a short mobility video to keep your body moving. These resources reinforce what you’ve learned in the studio and help you progress faster.

4. Pilates Essentials E‑Book You’ll also receive a digital e‑book covering key principles, terminology, and technique tips—perfect for revisiting throughout and after the course.

5. A Clear Path to Progress By the end of the four weeks, you’ll feel stronger, more confident, and ready to move into our regular classes or continue practicing at home with the skills you’ve built.

Spaces are intentionally limited so we can keep the course personal, supportive, and truly focused on you. With two physio instructors in every session, we make sure everyone gets the guidance, reassurance, and hands‑on help they need to build confidence from week one. If you’re thinking about joining us, we’d love you to book your place soon so you don’t miss out.
