October Highlights

It all begins with an idea.

Hello lovely LWP community 🎃✨

October has swept by in a swirl of golden leaves, warm welcomes, and wonderful movement—and what a month it’s been!

Behind the scenes, we’ve been busy planning something special, and we’re thrilled to finally share it with you: our first Pilates & Lattes morning is launching this Friday 7th November, in collaboration with the lovely Wilma’s Café ☕️. This event is extra special as it celebrates the launch of our brand-new 10:30am Friday class in Rayleigh, starting 14th November!

There are still plenty of spaces available, so please spread the word and get booked in—we’d love to see you there for a joyful morning of movement, connection, and coffee.

Our Rayleigh High Street class has already been buzzing with energy, and Carly and Michaela are so excited to be adding this new Friday slot to the mix. It’s a wonderful opportunity to welcome even more of you into our growing community and keep the good vibes flowing into the weekend.

This month also brought a bittersweet moment as we said “see you soon” to our wonderful Sam, who is heading off on maternity leave. Sam has been such a bright light in our evening classes—her warmth, energy, and care will be deeply missed by all of us, especially our Monday night crew. We’re sending her off with so much love and can’t wait to welcome her back when the time is right.

Meanwhile, our classes have been absolutely buzzing with effort and enthusiasm! Clients have been working hard and embracing the challenge, especially with Magic Circles and Pilates balls making a strong appearance this month. It’s been fantastic to see everyone pushing themselves, laughing through the burn, and building strength with such determination.

A special shoutout to our Saturday morning virtual crew, who’ve been showing up in full force! The class has been wonderfully busy, with a mix of familiar faces and fabulous newcomers joining in from near and far. It’s been a joy to see the energy and connection thriving—even through the screen.

That’s spooky season wrapped up with pumpkins carved and plenty of giggles, we’re already looking ahead to November and all the joy it will bring. Thank you, as always, for being the heart of LWP. Your energy, kindness, and commitment make this community truly magical.

With love and lunges,

It all begins with an idea.

Hello lovely LWP community 💫

Can you believe it’s only been four weeks since we returned from our summer break? It feels like we’ve packed a whole season’s worth of excitement into just one month—and we wouldn’t have it any other way!

First things first, we’ve had the absolute joy of welcoming back Danni who has been away on maternity leave. It’s been heartwarming to see her face back on a Wednesday morning, bringing her energy, expertise, and big smiles. We know you missed her and we are so thrilled to have her back in action!

We’ve also officially launched our brand-new class right in the heart of Rayleigh High Street 🎉. The response has been amazing, and it’s been wonderful to see new faces joining us there. If you haven’t popped in yet, come check it out—it’s the perfect blend of movement, community, and that signature LWP vibe.

Speaking of new faces, we’ve had a wave of fabulous new members join our community this month. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or returning after a break, we’re so happy you’re here. The classes have been buzzing with fresh energy, and we love seeing everyone connect, support one another, and grow stronger together.

With spooky season just around the corner (hello, October 👻), we’re already dreaming up some fun ways to keep things lively. But for now, let’s take a moment to celebrate everything we’ve accomplished in just four short weeks. You’ve all been amazing—thank you for showing up, stretching out, and making LWP the vibrant, welcoming space it is.

Here’s to more movement, more laughter, and more community in the weeks ahead.
