Do I need to be fit to come to pilates?
No you don’t need to be fit to come to pilates, you do need to be able to get on and off the floor (with help from a chair if necessary) and be able to stand, lay on your back, side and front ideally but we can work around some moves.
I'm a complete beginner — can I still join?
Absolutely! Our classes are suitable for all levels, and instructors will offer modifications to suit your experience and ability.
What should I bring to class?
Please bring a mat, a water bottle, and wear comfortable, stretchy clothing. If your class includes equipment, we’ll provide everything you need — unless stated otherwise. You can purchase mats and equipment here.
How do I book a class?
You can book online through our booking page using our scheduling system. Just choose your class, date, and time — it only takes a minute!
Do you offer class packages or memberships?
Yes! We offer both pay-as-you-go sessions and a 4-weekly subscription. You can choose what works best for your schedule. Subscription options are listed on our booking page.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations after this window will result in the session being charged or deducted from your package.
Can I reschedule a missed class?
Yes! If you can’t make a class, you're welcome to reschedule within 2 months of the original class date. Just log in to your account and choose a new time that suits you.
Are your instructors qualified?
Yes, all our instructors are fully qualified Physiotherapists . Many have additional training in areas like pre/post-natal, rehabilitation, or sports-specific Pilates.
Do you offer online or virtual classes?
Yes, we offer both in-person and online classes. Our live Zoom classes give you flexibility to join from home, and you’ll receive a link once you’ve booked your session.
Is Pilates suitable during pregnancy?
Yes, although we don’t offer specific pre-natal and post-natal classes we do welcome pre and post natal clients to all of our classes and make adaptations to exercises as necessary. Always consult your GP or midwife before starting any new exercise during pregnancy.
