The Teaser Series: A 30-Day Teaser Development Program

The Teaser Series is a four‑week Pilates challenge designed to help you build strength, control, flexibility, and confidence in your Teaser — one of Pilates’ most iconic (and humbling!) exercises.

The Teaser asks a lot from your body: core strength, control, balance, mobility, and breath all working together. Improving your Teaser can make your body feel incredible because it:

  • builds deep, functional core strength

  • improves spinal control, spinal strength, and overall body awareness

  • highlights imbalances you may not have noticed

  • supports better movement patterns in and out of class

🎥 What’s Included

When you sign up, you’ll receive three 20‑minute video sessions each week, with every session beginning with a comprehensive warm‑up to prepare your body and support safe, effective movement.

At the start of the challenge, you’ll complete a Teaser test, then repeat it at the end of the 30 days so you can clearly see your progress.

💻 Fully Virtual & Flexible

The entire program is virtual, giving you the freedom to complete each session at a time that suits you. Throughout the challenge, you’ll also have online support from our physiotherapist‑led Pilates instructors, offering guidance, reassurance, and encouragement every step of the way.
