March moments…

As we step into spring, there’s a real sense of momentum building across our classes and community. March has been full of energy, progress, and a few bittersweet goodbyes - so here’s your monthly roundup of everything we’ve been up to.

🌟 Teaser Challenge Triumphs

Over 30 of you took part in our March Teaser Challenge, and we’ve absolutely loved watching your determination. We’re still waiting for the final results to come in, but the early analysis is already showing fantastic progress across the board.
Your commitment, consistency, and good feedback have made this challenge such a joy to run. We can’t wait to share the full results soon.

🏋️‍♀️ New Weights, Big Wins

This month we added weights to our ever‑growing collection of class equipment - and the response was brilliant.
You told us you loved the added variety, the extra challenge, and the fresh feel they brought to sessions.
Thanks to your enthusiasm, weights will now become a permanent feature in our equipment rota. More strength, more stability, more fun.

💛 Wishing Jasmine the Warmest Goodbye

March also brought a heartfelt farewell as we said goodbye to Jasmine, who is heading off on new adventures with her adorable new puppy.
We will all miss her warmth, her kindness, and her energy in class. Please join us in wishing her every happiness in this next chapter.

🌼 Looking Ahead to April

A little note for your diaries:

  • Friday 3rd April and Monday 6th April classes will be cancelled so our instructors can enjoy some well‑earned time with their families—and, of course, indulge in plenty of Easter eggs.
    Thank you for your understanding and for always supporting the balance we encourage in both movement and life.

  • Week commencing 13th April will be bands week across all classes. You need to bring them with you. If you need to buy some we have LWP Pilates branded bands avaliable to buy in the shop on the website

LWP classes differ to other Pilates classes. Each class is small and bespoke with 2 qualified physiotherapists at all times. This is to ensure you are exercising correctly and achieving maximum results from your class.
